The University of South Australia Mawson Lakes Campus is situated in Technology Park, with state of the art teaching and research facilities. The campus includes cafes, green lawns, wetland areas and a student gym. Easily accessible by bus, train, and car the campus is only 20 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. The campus features spaces for engineering, IT, design, technology, science, drama, and a planetarium. The Adelaide Planetarium

Located at the Mawson Lakes Campus, it is a place to learn all about stars, planets and constellations just 35 minutes north of Adelaide CBD. Frequently home to school groups, families, or astronomy enthusiasts the planetarium has something for everyone. With activities including a one-hour night sky presentation with a highly qualified guide, movies, short courses, and additional special events, the planetarium is the only one in the Adelaide area.

UniSA commits to providing quality, progressive allied health services to the community and the Magill Campus is no exception. With a range of specialised clinics in physiotherapy, psychology and allied health; the community have access to a breadth of professional services including assessment, treatment and care.

It’s also an excellent opportunity for postgraduate and final-year students, allowing them to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of a health care professional in their field of study. The Magill Allied Health Clinic provides a range of physiotherapy, podiatry and exercise services as well as a dedicated podiatry section to assist with rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries and balance and coordination.

The recently established Mount Gambier campus features the UniSA world-class New Learning Centre. This Centre is packed with collaborative teaching and learning facilities designed to foster a learning environment centred on discussion and debate. With a focus on education, nursing, and social work studies, with treatment rooms modelled on both the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Mount Gambier Hospital; this New Learning Building allows students to learn in a natural and realistic way. Located just a short flight or a five-hour drive from Adelaide, this UniSA Centre is a great addition the university’s education portfolio and provides a great opportunity for students to access flexible study options.

In one of Adelaide’s most busy and vibrant areas and just a short walk to art galleries, restaurants and cafes, as well as live music venues; the UniSA Adelaide City West Campus is one of the premier locations for learning in South Australia. Including an amphitheatre to host events such as graduations, events as well as UniSA Sports events – complete with a pool with lap and recreational areas, and a fitness area, Pridham Hall will be the hub for the campus. UniSA Legal Advice and Marketing Clinics

UniSA is committed to being an active institution in the community, through providing exceptional facilities and services that everyone, both students and non-students, can benefit from. This includes the legal advice clinic at the City West Campus, which offers free legal advice to members of the community. Fully staffed by law students it also acts as a great opportunity to create first-hand experience in the profession under a registered lawyer.

Legal advice can be given in the areas of road incidents, consumer disputes, contract law, employment, family law, property damage and tenancy disputes. Similar to the free legal advice, the UniSA marketing clinic offers small businesses the chance to seek professional and free marketing advice on areas of advertising, marketing strategy, brand management and buyer behaviour. Staffed by students under the guidance of marketing professionals, it’s also a great advantage to gain real-world experience and know-how.

Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre

Known simply as the Hawke Centre, this state-of-the-art facility has the community at its heart. Dedicated to shaping a more sustainable society, the Bob Hawke Centre is leading the way on educating the community through public lectures, seminars, research projects and inclusive programs. The Centre also houses the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery which exhibits reflect the University’s commitment to strengthening community values, valuing diversity and building a sustainable future.

Situated next to the Rundle Mall shopping district, bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as the Adelaide parklands, the City East Campus hosts many health clinics open to both the public and students, including a medical clinic and a physiotherapy clinic. The City East campus also has replica hospital and community settings with simulated mannequins and purpose built laboratories. Complete with a gym, student lounges and an environmental chamber, this campus is easily accessible by car, bus, train, tram or bike. The campus is also home to the City East Campus Library, the Exercise Physiology Clinic, and the Midwifery and Podiatry Clinics.

Only a short flight or four hour bus ride from Adelaide, the UniSA Whyalla campus is home to Campus Central, USASA Offices, study spaces, and a security service. With on-campus accommodation available for students, and high-speed fibre optic cables connected, this campus is one of the best-connected regional campuses in Australia. The campus has a strong focus on engineering with the Engineering Teaching and Learning Centre complete with an engineering laboratory, 3D design studio and working and learning spaces. This is the first of its kind for The University of South Australia.
